So in the
lead up to the festive season, which officially begun with the release of the
annual John Lewis advert that is good but not as good as the Lidl one (just

who missed it, the book is a light-hearted and humorous guide to all 32 counties
of Ireland, yes, even Longford! With 160 entries, five for every country on
this fair isle it jam-packed with places to discover, visit and learn about. Every
day I will release one entry per county to give a taste of how great each place
is and to warn you that if you don’t buy the book the other county entries will
